Four people from different walks of life on an island at the invite of a billionaire. A seemingly innocent invite turns into a scheming plan of a rich old man, and thus hangs a tale. An interesting premise for a decent thriller is mercilessly marauded in Game.

Game is a stylish and richly scaled film. The locales are breathtaking. The action sequences are stunning. Greece, Turkey and varied other holiday locations form the canvas for this cop and criminal chase flick. What is missing, is a coherent story that would make or at least pretend to be sane.

Every character is dressed immaculately, looking straight out of a fall fashion catalogue. And every character invariably lacks meat. Inane dialogues, insane plot twists and a very tepid soundtrack add to the torture that the film is.

A thriller thrives on unpredictability. A few are predictable on purpose and outsmart the audience with the background behind the crime. Game does neither of the two. What it does do is give you a grouchy Abhishek in slick designer suits and a diction-challenged Kangana.

With every passing minute, the audience ends up asking what is going on? A lot more was excepeted form the banner Excel Entertainment. Give it a miss if not watching a Hindi film in the theatres for almost a month does not give you withdrawal symptoms
