Rakesh and Geeta are a married couple much in love. Soon, Geeta dies leaving Rakesh devastated. But, one day a girl is caught with a band of dacoits who looks identical to Geeta, and claims to be her as well. Rakesh refuses to believe it, and hence begins a long courtroom trial to find out the truth.
