Patel Ki Punjabi Shaadi Review

Patel Ki Punjabi Shaadi has glimpses of good humour and a very good performance effort from Rishi Kapoor,Paresh Rawal and Vir Das. Yet it remains average or slightly below because the screenplay writer and the director probably were too lazy to look into moments which could have done with a little more creative polish.

The movie has some very well written comedy lines and some very good spontaneous kind of humour moments but that alone cannot hold a movie.

You only feel bad for the effort that Rishi Kapoor has put in as the flamboyant Punjabi and Paresh Rawal as the cynical Gujrati to keep this movie together.

One star for the effort of these two veterans. Half star for the humour lines and Veer Das and Payal Ghosh's sincere effort.

This is one movie which could have been way better than what it is , sadly the world does not remember anyone for failed efforts.
