This time sarkar Subhah Nagre has aged, both his sons are dead, his wife is bed ridden and he runs his politics with the help of his two assistants. Into this scenario comes in the grandson (Amit Sadh)who has his own agenda and wants to assist his grandfather in their activities . He has a girlfriend (Yami Gautam) who is none else than the girl whose father was killed by Nagre. The killings and the friction starts when sarkar refuses to cooperate in a project to render thousands of chawl residents homeless in a
demolition exercise. A local politician( Manoj Bajpai) is also eliminated in the process. The film has many twists and turns making it engaging. Director RGV handles the movie in his trademark style with a mobile camera and quirky angles. One shot is through the handle of a teacup! AB goes through the role in the same style mouthing one liners as he sips his tea from the saucer.Amit Sadh is good as the grandson. Ronit Roy and Jacky Shroff are impressive in the other roles. All told the film should satisfy fans of the franchise.
