This is a fun movie which you will enjoy watching. Normally sequels are never as good as the originals. This one is an exception. Kangana Ranaut is talented enough to carry a film on her shoulders as she has proved earlier in Queen. This time she does it again.

The story takes off from the earlier film and Manu ( Madhavan) and Tanu( Kangana) are married for around 4 years living in London. Marital problems have come up and they can hardly stand each other. In a bizarre scene they rave and rant at each other in front of marriage counselors who declare Manu mentally unbalanced and put him in isolation for correction.

This is the cue for Tanu to get back to India ( Kanpur) to her parents place and live it up with her bohemian ways. She now has a couple of guys wanting to marry her including Jimmy Shergill. On the other hand Manu later comes back to India and falls for a Tanu look alike, a rustic Haryanavi athlete Kusum ( Kangana double role). After some hilarious complications, things get sorted out.

Director Anand L Rai has made sure of non stop entertainment in which he gets tremendous support from Kangana. The scenes flow fast, the dialogue has punch, and the one liners keep you tickled. There is madness in the misadventures and things occasionally get extra loud and over the top but its OK. There is an overdose of boistrousness of the Punjabi and Haryanavi type and hence never a dull moment. And everyone is on a high pitch.

Kangana is superb both as the English speaking, bindaas, frothy, flirtatious Tanu and also as the rustic village girl athlete. Madhavan as the soft and sober Manu has acted well. Jimmy Shergill has some very effective lines which he delivers in his usual style. Other actors Deepak Dobriyal, Swara Bhaskar, and Mohammed Zeeshan Ayyub have done fairly well though they can all be faulted for overacting at places.

Music has become popular specially the songs Banno and Ghari Bawri.
