A fun filled entertainer with messages on girl child as the theme. Go for it.
This film is tailor made for present day Indian audiences with romance, comedy, and song/ dances in the right proportions. While doing this,it addresses some issues on girl child like dowry, empowerment, gender equality, working woman etc vis a vis Indian traditions followed. Both Varun and Alia sail through this fast paced film as the setting changes place from Indian cities to abroad and logic is not the main issue as their characters behave most erratically at times. In fact the hero Badri is also perplexed as to why he is behaving in such an irrational manner and says so.The social issues are dealt with in a matter of fact manner by director Shashank Khaitan while light entertainment is foremost on his mind as he makes his hero Badri stalk his girlfriend all the way abroad. There are not many dull moments in the film which will be liked by the masses for its frothy nature. The songs and dances make for fine entertainment.
