Verdict - Its definitely not a waste of money

Indu SarkarWatch trailerRelease date : July 28, 2017

Indu Sarkar takes sort of a deep dive into the issue of Emergency and what really happens at the political and individual level. The movie though, does not do complete justice to the actual events that take place in the state of an Emergency but, what we need to appreciate is the fact that Madhur Bhandarkar has taken a bold step in making a film about less discussed issues. With Indu Sarkar, he has gone back to his days of making real films.

I have always liked Neil Nitin Mukesh's acting and he surely pulled his character off in the film. On the other hand, Kirti Kulhari's performance was not as enthralling as it could have been. Anupam Kher was spot on, like all his other films. Has he ever given a bad performance? I doubt it.

Overall, Indu Sarkar offers a good experience and makes its way into the "worth the money" category.
