An irrelevant film.

Verdict - Could be skipped.
Like the title, the film under review is confusing.Neither a story, nor any social message, nor contemporary.
Infact it has five different situations, none co-relate.
One,there's a terminal stomach cancer patient ( Saif Ali Khan,a sophisticated investment banker) whose life could end any moment. He wants to enjoy what ever life is remaining as a ' bindaas'.He gets associated with a transgender( Nary Singh), quisitively wants to have a one night affair, more to know about her ' southern hemisphire' ,gets ' hooked' in a ladies washroom, the street walker fully strips herself, gulp a few pegs and off she goes. The post mid night he spends with a woman wedding photographer ( Isha Talwar).None knows what happens in the morning?
Two,a pair of would be gangsters ( Deepak Dobriyal and Vijay Raaz) plan to usurp the booty of their boss ( Arif Basra),one getting killed in the ' get rich syndrome'.All this happens in the same night.
Third,a groom( Akshay Oberoi ) instead of getting married the same night has a explicit fling in the hotel bed with his girl friend, only to be disturbed in the ' act'.
Fourth ,a drug party pair ( Shehnaz Treasurywala and her boy friend Shivam Patel) are in the run after a police party raids the den.
Fifth,an aspiring couple ( Sobhita Dhulipala and Kunal Roy Kapur) bump into a car,the girl cancels her foreign trip to report her guilt, only to be told that she has infact helped the cops to get rid of the wanted.
No script. No characterisation. No direction. All kind of ' cuss words' ,liberal use of the F and the C abuses as he lingua franca,un abashed focus on the S act.
The typical night show stuff.
The CBFC has mercifully allowed it to be screened under the A category.
