While on one hand, Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan is all gearing up for his directorial debut in the arena of entertainment, on the other hand, he is gradually becoming a pro in the arena of realty. As per the latest update on Aryan Khan is that, he has now purchased two floors at Panchsheel Park in South Delhi for a whopping Rs. 37 crores!
As per a news report in The Economic Times, it has been reported that the Khan family already owns the basement and also the ground floor of the said building, in which Aryan Khan has purchased two flats. The building is definitely memorable for Shah Rukh Khan and Gauri Khan as it was the same building where they used to stay during the early days.
According to the aforementioned publication, the transaction of the houses purchased by Aryan Khan was registered in May 2024. Additionally, Aryan Khan also has reportedly paid a stamp duty of Rs. 2.64 crores.
Speaking to the said publication, Pradeep Prajapati of a leading real estate consultancy firm said that, in Delhi, high-value transactions by Bollywood stars were rare and that, earlier, it was Amitabh Bachchan who had also sold his Gulmohar Park property in South Delhi for around Rs. 23 crores.

The same report also mentioned that, the properties purchased by Aryan Khan has its design done by none other than his mother Gauri Khan. As for Aryan Khan, he is now all geared up to take his proverbial plunge into the land of entertainment as a director with his debut project, which has been titled Stardom.
The said show stars Mona Singh, Bobby Deol, Shah Rukh Khan, Karan Johar, Ranbir Kapoor and Ranveer Singh in cameos. It is also being said that, Aryan Khan had turned down a couple of OTT platforms who were wanting to reach out to him to buy the rights of Stardom.
