After making their way through high school (twice), big changes are in store for officers Schmidt (Jonah Hill) and Jenko (Channing Tatum) when they go deep undercover at a local college. But when Jenko meets a kindred spirit on the football team, and Schmidt infiltrates the bohemian art major scene, they begin to question the...more

“22 Jump Street lives up to its stellar prequel and is just as much fun. It's packed full of gags, action, heavy doses of the Tatum-Hill bromance and its own brand of slapstick humor. Go for it! ”

Fans of Juvenile humour rejoice! Your messiahs Schmidt (Jonah Hill) and Jenko (Channing Tatum) are back! Most importantly, so is Ice-T. After spending half an hour lowering your expectations (quite blatantly, I might add), 22 Jump Street proceeds to systematically blow them away, scene after scene.

Jenko and Schmidt have been sent on a new mission, a mission that will require every bit of guile they can muster, a mission where their every move, their every action will be under close scrutiny. They're going to college. Undercover. They're looking for an insane new drug called WHY-PHY, and they come armed with a brilliant plan : Infiltrate the dealer, find the supply! As with any 'couple', college can make or break their 'relationship', and Schmidt and Jenko are no different. The Football team loves Jenko, while Schmidt finds his calling with the art students, in particularly Maya. Meanwhile, The Ghost, a drug lord is spreading WHYPHY through the campus, giving them a deadline to bust him.

I'm going to be very honest here. If you haven't seen the first movie, don't watch this one. However, if you have, then 22 Jump Street should be at the top of your list of movies this weekend. Jonah Hill and Channing Tatum are at their comedic best, making awkward scenes absolutely hilarious. Jillian Bell does a great job as Maya's jaded roommate, and Ice-T just kills it. Each and every scene including him had me convulsing with laughter. This movie also features one of the best end credits scene ever made (think intro to Tropic Thunder). Any fans of comedy owe it to themselves to watch this masterpiece of juvenile humour
