After the death of his wife and child, Max now wanders the wasteland. He encounters a group of settlers who are being attacked by a group of marauders led by a warlord calling himself Lord Humungus. Mad Max 2: Road Warrior is considered one of the greatest action films ever made and cemented the Mad Max franchise's fame.
