Max is a beautiful story of an Army dog who gets traumatized when his handler dies in an explosion in Afghanistan. He comes to live with the handler's family and bonds with his younger brother. Together the both of them unearth some other mysteries.

The story is very much like a Five Find Outers story. There is a small gang of kids, some mystery and lots of action. The dog is amazing and even the gang of kids is quite good. I enjoyed watching the movie and kids will definitely love it especially dog loving kids. There are a few intense moments when you will need to keep the tissues handy but the action moments make up for it. The kids will learn a lot about loyalty and bravery and friendship through this movie apart from being entertained. Worth a watch.
