All good things come to an end. So has Michael Bay's capability to showcase Optimus Prime and his stories of good vs bad. Transformers 5 is one of the biggest convincing examples of why sequels should not be attempted without content in place. Transformers 5 tries to be a saga of a great story from Transformers being involved in every event from King Arthur to worldwar 2. May be someday they will push Autobots into the independence struggle of 1857 too. Transformers 5 has epic visuals but so shallow content that memories of the first transformer movie comes back and haunts you. Too many characters are pushed in and none of them gets any screen time. The first one hour the movie drags at a painful pace. Optimus Prime is barely there in the first one hour. Avoid.
