Movie had multiple layers,consisted of humour at several point,based on several different background and it felt that it was all about good imagination of the director.I Liked the quick background telling rather that than wasting time in setting the base of the movie.It felt like coxktail of different ancient style stories like prince of persia ,assassin's creed. overall it was an average watch. less

Guy Ritchie thrives on comedic machismo. Even when gratingly stylized or frenetically composed, his work is never less than entertaining when breaking down how buffoonish men interact. So King Arthur: Legend of the Sword is a natural fit for the director's next big budget exercise. In some ways, Arthur and his knights of the round table were the original bros...
So it's not very surprising that this Ritchie telling is at its best when it's Arthur and company bouncing off of one another. Ritchie's penchant for witty montage and male repartee is one of the ways he revitalizes this often rehashed story of Arthur's rise after pulling Excalibur from the stone. Even though the setting is pre-round table, Ritchie finds a lot of excuses for bro banter as Arthur (Charlie Hunnam) seeks to defeat his evil king uncle Vortigern (Jude Law).
King Arthur has the spark of something fresh, but gets complacent with the same old, same old. For us to get excited about this kind of action film once again, we're going to need more than half-steps on the way to reinvention. less

It is complex, multi-layered, surreal, vibrant, imaginative and it draws your eye in to the surprising level of detail, from the sweeping vistas, to the narrow dungeons, from the beautiful castles and magnificent trees, to the contrasting landscapes. It is worth watching just for the scenery alone. less

Slick King Arthur
Guy Ritchie can take any movie, any topic and make it his own with his unmistakable style. This is a Guy Ritchie movie all the way and if you are a fan then don't miss it, don't miss it even if you are not a fan cause this movie ticks all the right boxes. It's a popcorn munching, immerse yourself into the fantasy kind of movie. The opening sequence grips you as you are not expecting a movie of scale. The 3D is well used. The effects are well executed. Sometimes the movie feels rushed and you don't connect to a few of the side characters but it's okay. It's a big cast, Little Finger felt wasted, and the cameo by Beckham was too short.
