    After premiering in theaters in October 2023, Taylor Swift's concert film went digital on her 34th birthday, December 13th. The extended version featured extra performances like Long Live and Wildest Dreams that weren't in the theatrical release.

    Now, on February 7th, 2024, Swift announced that her acclaimed concert film has secured a streaming platform, promising additional bonus footage for viewers.

    On Instagram, she announced, 'For the first time, we'll be showcasing the complete concert, including 'cardigan,' along with four extra songs from the acoustic segment!!' She then quipped, 'and I'm naming it, big surprise, 'Taylor Swift | The Eras Tour (Taylor’s Version).

    Taylor Swift's Eras Tour Coming to Disney+

    Swift announced on February 7, 2024, that the Eras Tour will debut exclusively on Disney+ beginning March 15. Additionally, the streaming platform holds exclusive rights to her musical concert film Folklore: The Long Pond Studio Sessions.

    Swift chose to break tradition by partnering with AMC Theatres rather than traditional Hollywood studios for the initial release of the concert movie. In her Time's 2023 Person of the Year cover story, she elaborated on her decision.

    Swift's Eras Tour film became available digitally on December 13, 2023, and is now accessible for rental across multiple platforms, including Apple TV, Prime Video, YouTube, Xfinity, Google Play, and Vudu, as indicated on Swift's website.

    On February 7, Swift disclosed that the updated version of the concert film on Disney+ will feature additional footage from the show. "For the first time, we'll be showcasing the entire concert (including 'cardigan'), along with four extra songs from the acoustic section!" she elaborated.
