    Megastar duo Aamir Khan and Chiranjeevi may unite for a family entertainer as the former has expressed his desire to work together. While promoting his upcoming film Laal Singh Chaddha , Aamir had said that he wants to show Chiranjeevi in a unique role in the movie.

    The 3 idiots actor hosted a special screening of his upcoming movie for Chiranjeevi, Nagarjuna, and others. After watching the movie, Chiranjeevi heaped praises on the actor and said that his film will definitely be a success. The south superstar also announced that he will be presenting the film. Recently, he responded to Aamir’s desire of working together, saying that he will look forward to acting in the remake of Andaaa Apna Apna. Well, it will certainly be a spectacle to watch Aamir and Chiranjeevi joining forces for a mass entertainer.

    Talking about Laal Singh Chaddha, the film is an Indian adaptation of the Hollywood movie, Forrest Gump that starred Tom Hanks. It revolves around a simple man named Laal Singh Chaddha (played by Aamir) and his extraordinary journey. Directed by Advait Chandan, the film also stars Kareena Kapoor Khan, Mona Singh, and south star Naga Chaitanya. Backed by Aamir Khan Productions, the film is all set to arrive in theatres on August 11.

    Meanwhile, Aamir has been facing backlash ahead of the release of Laal Singh Chaddha. The hashtag of ‘boycottLaalSinghChaddha’ has been trending on Twitter after users went through the archives and dug up the actor’s controversial ‘India's growing intolerance’ statement. Amid this, Aamir urged fans to watch his films and also clarified that it's untrue that he doesn’t like India. Further, he assured his fans and audience that it was not the case and requested them not to boycott his film and instead watch it.
