After Ranveer Singh calls her fashion icon, Urfi Javed flaunts T-shirt with his photo; Watch

More than her acting skills, Urfi Javed is known for her unusual sartorial choices. From wearing ensembles made from rope, flowers, and papers, to most recently razor blades, she has upped her fashion game time and again. After Bollywood actor Ranveer Singh called her a fashion icon, Urfi’s confidence seems to be on another level.

Recently, the former Bigg Boss OTT contestant expressed her affection for Ranveer by wearing a T-shirt with the actor’s photo imprinted on it. A video shared by a paparazzi account showed the actress in a long black T-shirt with Ranveer’s shirtless photo engraved on it. She paired the tee with white shorts. She posed for the shutterbugs while pointing at the actor’s picture. Watch.

For the uninitiated, filmmaker Karan Johar on Koffee With Karan season 7 had asked Ranveer Singh which celeb cannot repeat an outfit rapidly. The actor took the name of Urfi Javed and Alia Bhatt reacted by saying that ‘this will be a bad dream for her. Immediately after, Ranveer agreed with Urfi’s position and said that she is the new fashion icon.

Earlier, Urfi attracted criticism from netizens for posting a reel in which she can be seen wearing a pink bralette made of rope. Taking to her Instagram handle, she shared a short clip showing off her dance moves to the song ‘Play no games’. “Had to get in this challenge coz this is my favourite song,” she captioned the post. Soon after, a section of people brutally trolled Javed calling her bralette 'mosquito coil'. “Yeh toh machhar wali agarbati lag rahi hai.” Another commented, ““Ye to machhar marne wala morteen pehen kr ghum rhi ho aap.”

Meanwhile, in terms of work, Urfi was recently featured in the music video ‘Tere Ishq Mein’ with Aditya Yadav.
