Alia Bhatt feels all her concerns vanished after tying the knot with Ranbir Kapoor; reveals how they are similar

Actors Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor are in a blissful place in their personal as well as professional lives at the moment, and fans couldn’t have been happier. After dating for five long years they tied the nuptial knot in the balcony of their home in April and are now expecting their first child. Simultaneously they are also promoting Brahmāstra: Part One – Shiva, which marks their first film together. Helmed by Ayan Mukerji, the much awaited fantasy adventure film will release on 9th September.

Well, Ranbir and Alia have been happily married for four long months. In a recent interview with Filmfare, Alia opened up about life after marriage with Ranbir. She called him her best friend and shared that nothing has changed between them. As a life partner and a husband, Ranbir always supports her and makes her laugh. The Gangubai Kathiawadi actress was quoted saying, “All of my concerns have vanished after getting married to him.”

Describing him as a co-star, Alia shared, “As an actor, I have so much love and respect for him. Ranbir is the easiest actor to work with. He is always very calm on set. He is the most punctual. He is also so accommodating and so giving. When you shoot with Ranbir, you can feel a silent energy. You don't feel his stardom or his presence in that overbearing sort of way. It's so natural and it's so calm. He is such a beautiful actor. You can't see him preparing for his role and working hard to get into character. And I am very much like that as well.”

Up next after Brahmāstra, Alia will be seen in Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani opposite Ranveer Singh. She will also be making her Hollywood debut with Gal Gadot and Jamie Dornan in Tom Harper’s Heart of Stone. Ranbir, on the other hand, has Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s Animal opposite Rashmika Mandanna in his kitty along with Luv Ranjan’s rom com co-starring Shraddha Kapoor, Dimple Kapadia and Boney Kapoor.
