Alia Bhatt shares unseen snap from her Haldi on ‘soon to be dadi maa’ Neetu Kapoor’s birthday; pens a sweet note

Earlier this week, veteran star Neetu Kapoor was spotted at the airport right before she jetted off to London for a holiday. When the paparazzi asked her if she was going to meet her daughter-in-law Alia Bhatt , who was there filming Heart Of Stone , the Jugjugg Jeeyo actress shared that her bahu has gone away for shooting but her daughter Riddhima Kapoor Sahni is also in the city. Well, last night Neetu rang in her 64th birthday in London along with Riddhima, their designer friend Manish Malhotra and family.

As soon as the clock struck 12, many fans and family members including Riddhima showered Neetu with love and blessings on social media. But one of the first birthday wishes came from her bahu Alia. The Gully Boy star took to her official Instagram handle to share an unseen snap from her Haldi ceremony, in which Neetu is giving her a kiss on the forehead while standing with a plate of sweets in her hand. Along with this beautiful candid, Alia penned a sweet note which sums up their relationship.

Neetu’s bahu wrote: “Happiest birthday to the most beautiful soul.. my mother-in-law/friend/soon to be dadi maaaaa.. love you so so much!!!” How adorable is that? The photograph, which features the two in bright yellow outfits, is also a treat for the eyes since it’s the very first picture from Alia and Ranbir Kapoor ’s Haldi ceremony which has been shared on the internet. Currently, Alia and Ranbir are busy with their work commitments and are also expecting their first child.
