Amitabh Bachchan who is one of the busiest actors in Bollywood even at the age of 79 is isolating at home after having contracted Covid-19 a second time. The veteran superstar who was busy shooting the new Kaun Banega Crorepati season 14 before testing positive has now found new ways to keep himself busy.

Big B, who had contracted Covid in 2020 too was admitted in the hospital then due to his age factor but has now chosen to remain in quarantine at home. However, instead of acting projects it is now self care that is keeping him busy and in his latest blog update Amitabh shared how is doing everything from cleaning the bathroom to making the bed on his own without any help from the staff at home.

Writing on his blog a note of gratitude Amitabh spelled out things that are keeping him busy these days and said, "… and no where is this more prominent and in execution than the times of ‘isolation’ for the dread of the ViD 19, or to be more precise , its prevailing variant …suddenly the exercise of making your own bed, cleaning your bath and toilet, wiping the floor, switching on the required plugs and switches , making your own snack and drink (tea and the coffee), folding and setting up the cupboard with your clothing, responding personally to calls and mobile responses, drafting your own letters .. and submitting yourself to the medication prescription by the doctors without the assist of a nursing staff .. ALL .. is what life in these times is made of."

This self reliant experience of recovering from Covid is certainly different from his first one and it has only made the star realise how much his staff gets done for him to make him comfortable and expressed his sincere thanks for it.

“The diminishing on the reliance of your staff .. and more importantly the realisation, as I have submitted many times before, what your staff go through during an entire day .. gaining thereby the respect that should be theirs,” he added on his blog.

The veteran actor will be seen next on the big screen in Ayaan Mukherji’s upcoming fantasy film Brahmastra which is headlined by Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt. The film releases in cinemas on September 9 after being in the making for five years.
