Ananya Panday can’t take her eyes off Aditya Roy Kapur as they paint the streets of Portugal red; trolls get nasty

It was on an episode of Koffee With Karan season 7 that fans first got a whiff of what’s brewing between Ananya Panday and Aditya Roy Kapur. Host and filmmaker Karan Johar had revealed that he saw the two dancing together, and hinted at flirting, at his 50th birthday bash. The rumoured love birds were snapped together at a few starry events post that. But last week it was confirmed that they are very much together when Ananya and Aditya’s pictures cuddling went viral on social media from the streets of Lisbon, Portugal.

It was a day after rumours of them attending a concert together made headlines. Well, much to the delight of fans who are shipping the new pair in Bollywood, new pictures from their romantic holiday have now taken over the internet. This time, the love birds are deep into a conversation as they enjoy drinks at a street side restaurant in Portugal. Aditya looks cool as ever in a casual navy blue shirt. Ananya, on the other hand, is dressed in what looks like a mini skirt paired with a ribbed pink and white top, her hair tied up.

Ananya can’t take her eyes off Aditya while he talks in these cute pictures, which are screaming ‘pehla pehla pyaar’ for some reason. There are many netizens who are even showering them with love in the comment section below. One fan wrote: “Ananya is so much in love just look at her🫠”, whereas another comment read: “The eyes Chico the eyes. The eyes never lie😻”. But a majority of the comments are sadly from trolls. For instance, one social media user wrote: “Man could have definitely done better 😭😭😭”, whereas another nasty comment read: “Kya majboori rahi hogi aditiya ki.” A third troll wrote: “MANIFESTING BREAK UP RN.” Some even commented on their 12 year age gap.

Well, age is just a number and as they say, ‘kuchh toh log kahenge’. But it sure is nice to see a new love story blossom in Tinsel Town.
