Arjun Rampal and Kangana Ranaut will be facing off each other in the upcoming actioner Dhaakad which arrives on the big screen this week. However, the two co-stars seem to share a rather cordial relationship off screen and in a recent interview when Arjun was asked to play ‘shaadi.com’ and give testimonial for Kangana he sweetly obliged.

Kangana who has expressed that all the negative press around her has significantly reduced her prospects for marriage, said she was ‘scared’ as RJ Sidharth Kannan in an interview asked Arjun to list reasons why someone should marry Kangana. Being put on the spot, the villain of Dhaakad said that the actress is actually a ‘sweet and very normal person’.

Arjun while appreciating Kangana said,“All I can say is Kangana is a fabulous actor. Toh who jo bhi karti hain kirdar mein hi karti hain, she’s not like that in real life. Real life mein bohot sweet hain, bohot hi loving hain, bohot hi God fearing hain. Pooja path karte rehti hain, yoga bohot karti hain apni zindagi mein and she is actually a very, very normal person and a very sweet person.”

Kangana went on to thank Arjun for his sweet testimonial while the host said that people should go to Arjun with their applications to marry Kangana and Arjun added, “Main ye bhi bata dunga kaun unke kabil hai,” and pointing to the host joked, “ye toh bilkul nahi hain.”

Arjun also said that he and Kangana go long back and have won their first National Film Award together as ‘Best supporting actors’ which the actress won for Fashion while he won for Rock On . He also added that they have been close and hung out together and partied in the past and have also done a few films together which they both regret.

The actress also added that her ‘Dhakaad’ side only comes to the fore in real life when she is messed with and when she walks into a room who she feels threatened by her entry into the room would be with a very different vibe than a room which is full of friends.
