Cricketer KL Rahul who is currently busy with the T20 World Cup in Australia dropped adorable pictures with girlfriend Athiya Shetty who celebrates her birthday today. The couple is rather private about their relationship but occasionally send the internet in a tizzy as they flaunt their love to the world on special occasions like today.

While rumours of their impending wedding have been doing the rounds for some time now, KL Rahul posted pictures of goofy moments with Athiya referring to her as the one who makes ‘everything better’.

The cricketer wrote, “Happy birthday to my 🤡you make everything better ❤️”. The post saw several of his followers from heart emojis in the comments with several fans joining him in wishing Athiya on her birthday.

Rumour has it that Athiya and KL Rahul will tie the knot in January 2023, weeks after the T20 World Cup is all wrapped up. While the couple or their families are yet to confirm any rumours or details circulating about the wedding, the actress’ father has previously denied rumours of a wedding taking place in 2022 as several speculations were made about the impending nuptials including a few reports suggesting that wedding preparations are underway in the family.

Athiya and KL Rahul have been together for over two years and after several speculations they made their relationship official as KL Rahul joined Suniel Shetty and family at the premiere of the movie Tadap, which marked the debut of Athiya’s brother Ahan debut in Bollywood.

Currently Athiya is in Australia accompanying KL Rahul and several pictures of her being spotted at matches and airports with KL Rahul have gone viral on social media. She also frequently shares posts cheering for team India and her boyfriend on social media as the tournament progresses.
