Atrangi Re: Sara Ali Khan pens a heartfelt note for co-star Dhanush; calls him ‘most inspiring actor’

When Aanand L Rai announced that Sara Ali Khan , Akshay Kumar and Dhanush will be headlining his next film, many netizens were not convinced with this star cast. Some even trolled the team for the age gap between the actors who will share the screen in this musical romantic drama. However, when we saw the trailer, the chemistry between the characters blew us away. While Sara beautifully immersed herself into Rinku’s character, Akshay and Dhanush look perfect as Sajjad and Vishu. Fans can’t wait to see them together when the film premieres on Disney + Hotstar on 24th December.

Sara has been quite busy on promotional sprees and her social media handle is proof of the same. Well, today the actress took to her official account to share a heartwarming appreciation post for her co-star Dhanush. Along with stills from their upcoming film, Sara wrote: “Most inspiring actor, most supportive friend, most helpful team player, and most importantly my dearest Vishu. I cannot imagine this journey without your selfless help, constant motivation and of course your delicious sapda. Thank you for making this already most special journey for me forever unforgettable. 2 days to go @dhanushkraja.”

By the looks of the trailer, Atrangi Re seems like it’s going to be a fun film. May it be Akshay’s circus character, Sara and Dhanush’s quirky chemistry or the unique love triangle where the girl falls for both the heroes.
