Ayushmann Khurrana pays tribute to OG Ajay Devgn by recreating his iconic action scene, netizens react

Ayushmann Khurrana is currently in action mode as he is leaving no stone unturned to promote his upcoming film, An Action Hero . The actor on Wednesday took up the challenge of recreating an iconic action scene of OG Ajay Devgn from his movie, Phool Aur Kaante . Well, in the original scene, Ajay stood in between two running bikes, but Ayushmann managed to stand between two running taxis.

Taking to his Instagram handle, Ayushmann shared a photo in which he can be seen posing in between the two taxis with his legs spread. He could be seen dressed in an all-black outfit and linked the photo to the 1991 movie song, ‘Maine Pyaar Tumhi Se’ He captioned the picture as, “OG Action Hero ko naye Action Hero ka salaam. Kaafi phool aur kaanton se guzarna padta hai doston. (fire emoji)” Soon after his post surfaced, the netizens flooded the comment section with hilarious reactions. One user wrote, “Sir agar galti se do auto Wale alag alag direction mein chalein Gaye toh action hero ki toh phat Jaye gi,” another commented, “Shaktimann shaktimann Ayushmann.” Check out the post here:

Earlier, Ayushmann made headlines when he stopped outside Shah Rukh Khan’s Mannat. He shared a photo in which he could be seen peeping out of his car to catch a glimpse of the sprawling bungalow, while he is surrounded by a crowd of fans who are busy clicking a photo of the star. The ‘Vicky Donor’ actor shared the photo on his Instagram handle along with the caption, “Mannat se guzar raja tha. Toh ek mannat maang li.” (I was passing by Mannat today, so made a wish.) He also linked the song Baazigar O Baazigar from Shah Rukh's film Baazigar along with the picture. Meanwhile, Ayushmann’s An Action Hero is set for December 2 in theatres.
