Being called 'Casanova' never got Ranbir Kapoor's blood boiling, reacts to rumors of cheating on his exes
Apart from being an actor, another reason why Bollywood heartthrob Ranbir Kapoor made headlines over the years is his personal life and rumors about him cheating on his ex girlfriends. Well, he has finally broken his silence!
Ranbir Kapoor is an incredible actor who has proven his versatility with his phenomenal performances in films like Sanju, Rocket Singh: Salesman of the Year, Rockstar and Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani . But sadly that’s not the only reason why he has been in the news over the years. Due to the rumor mill, as well as a particular episode of Karan Johar ’s chat show Koffee With Karan, he was declared as a Casanova and was also accused of cheating on his exes. But the actor never spoke about it.
Well, now in a chat with Bollywood Bubble, Ranbir has reacted to these allegations. He shared, “There’s so much spoken to me. I became the poster boy of a Casanova of someone you know.. of a cheater. People have heard somebody’s perspectives, people have heard somebody’s point of view and they haven’t heard mine. I don’t think they will ever hear it also and it’s fine. I am here to do my job and I am here to be an actor and that’s all I want to do. I don’t want anything else to do in my life.”
He explained that he’s an actor and people can say whatever they want about him, but what matters to him in the end is that they like his films. His entire focus and hard work is only towards doing good work and making a good movie. Ranbir was quoted saying, “It really doesn’t bother me if somebody bitches about me or if anyone says anything bad about me. It doesn’t boil my blood.”
Well, Ranbir is now happily married to Alia Bhatt and is expecting his first child. On the work front, he is all set to return to the silver screen after 4 years with Karan Malhotra ’s Shamshera. Also starring Sanjay Dutt and Vaani Kapoor, the period action film will arrive in theatres on 22nd July.
