The last DC superhero movie of 2022, Black Adam will hit theaters next month and according to early reports, the movie is set to have a strong opening weekend in the North American market.

According to Box Office Pro's early estimates, Dwayne Johnson 's superhero debut should take in between $55 million and $70 million domestically.

While this estimate may not be as high as some of the other major studio projects of this year considering the track record of DC movies this is quite impressive.

And add to the fact this could give Dwayne Johnson his best opening weekend beating Hobbs and Shaw's $60M.

The movie will also not have any major competition at the box office until Marvel's Black Panther: Wakanda Forever set to release three weeks later.

The cast of the movie includes Dwayne Johnson, Aldis Hodge, Noah Centineo, Sarah Shahi, Marwan Kenzari, Quintessa Swindell, Bodhi Sabongui, and Pierce Brosnan.

Black Adam will hit theaters on October 21, 2022.
