Black Adam Trailer - Check out these five easter eggs from the first trailer you may have missed

The action-packed trailer for Black Adam is out, Dwayne Johnson plays the lead as the anti-hero Teth-Adam aka Black Adam, the two-minute-long trailer doesn't give away much of the plot of the movie but does drop some major hints on what fans can expect.

Black Adam was initially teased in the 2019 movie Shazam, like Billy Batson, Teth Adam was given the power of the gods by the wizard Shazam to be his champion but Adam used his powers for revenge against the rulers Kahndaq.

Kahndaq is a fictional city in the DC universe where Adam and his family were slaves five thousand years ago, after his revenge he was imprisoned by the wizard Shazam until he is let loose in the modern world.

    King Ibac

Adam's life as a slave in the city of Kahndaq is shown in the trailer as a series of flashbacks, we see the cruelty he and his family endured by the ruling class of the city, one character, in particular, stands out, which is most likely the king of the city Ibac.

While we don't get a good look at the actor playing the role or how much significance this character will have in the movie, it is still a neat throwback to Black Adma's comic book origins.

    The Intergang

The Intergang is also featured in the trailer as the major criminals in modern-day Kahndaq, in the comics, the Intergang is a powerful group who are supplied with powerful weapons and technology by the New Gods of planet Apokolips

Apokolips is ruled by one of the most powerful supervillains in the DC universe Darkseid, who last appeared in Zack Synder's Justice League , it is unclear how Black Adam connects to the rest of the DCEU but the presence of the Intergang does hint at larger powers at play.

    Shiruta Electronics

In the trailer, we see Sarah Shahi who will be playing the role of Isis, a powerful being with superhuman strength and speed, in the comics she is married to Black Adam.

We see Shai's character in a van with the name Shiruta Electrons written on it, Shiruta is the capital city of Kahndaq named after Adams' wife.

    Sabbac

Sabbac is a powerful demon who has powers similar to Black Adam and like him, Sabbac has a magic phrase he uses to transform into his true form, in the comics both are bitter rivals and have had some earth-shattering fights.

While Sabbac is only hinted at in the trailer, it won't be a surprise if he turns out to be the main Bad guy of the movie, actor Marwan Kenzari is said to playing the role.

    Kahndaq

The city of Kahndaq is where the movie will be set, this is very obvious from the trailer, Kahndaq was a former slave city that was liberated by Black Adma and would rule as king till his imprisonment by the wizard Shazam.

With Marvel 's treatment of the fictional city of Wakanda as a modern, bright and rich place, DC's approach to show the city as a crime-filled and dangerous place and a shell of its former self is interesting and how Adam reacts to this will be enjoyable to see
