    Film producer Boney Kapoor marked the completion of his 27 years of marriage with his late wife and actress Sridevi with a heartfelt social media post. On Friday, Boney took to Instagram and shared a romantic picture with Sridevi from their Venice vacation and wrote, "1996 2nd June we got married in Shirdi, today we complete 27 yrs." In the photo, the couple is seen taking a boat ride. Soon after, his daughter Janhvi Kapoor’s rumoured boyfriend Shikhar Pahariya dropped a heart emoticon on his post.

    Boney also shared a rare picture of himself with Sridevi on his Instagram stories. In the photo, he is seen sitting on the stairs of a temple with Sridevi. The Chandni actress looked pretty in a saree. For the unversed, Boney and Sridevi secretly tied the knot in 1996 and made it public in 1997. The couple were blessed with two daughters, Janhvi and Khushi. The daughters also re-shared Boney’s post on their respective Instagram stories and remembered their late mother.

    Soon after Boney’s post surfaced, one of the users wrote, “She's always with you." The second user added, "@sridevi.kapoor missssss u mam."The third user added, "@boney.kapoor we miss her." "Really she was God-gifted,” read a comment. Sridevi passed away in February 2018 at the age of 54, in the UAE where she attended a family wedding. As per the investigation, she died due to accidental drowning.

    Most recently, Boney turned up at the Tamil film, Maamannan audio launch as a chief guest. He hit headlines when he compared Keerthy Suresh to Sridevi, and said that he finds her most attractive after his wife. Meanwhile, workwise, he made his acting debut with Ranbir Kapoor and Shraddha Kapoor starrer Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar, directed by Luv Ranjan. On the other hand, the late Sridevi made her last onscreen appearance in Aanand L Rai’s Zero which features Shah Rukh Khan, Katrina Kaif and Anushka Sharma.
