Deepika Padukone fell for Ranveer Singh when he said he wants to learn Konkani, later realised he has an ulterior motive

Ranveer Singh recently made the cutest revelation about him wanting to learn Konkani from his wife and actress Deepika Padukone . Not only this but the reason revealed by the actor will also prove that he will be the coolest dad ever. Ranveer and Deepika graced a cultural event recently wherein they got candid about their personal and professional lives.

Talking about the same, according to a video that was shared by Bollywood Hungama , Ranveer Singh could be saying that he is currently at a point where he can understand Konkani seamlessly. The Dil Dhadakne Do actor furthermore added, “The reason behind me wanting to learn Konkani is, Jai Jhulelal, when we have kids, I don’t want their mother talking to them in Konkani against me.” The revelation left everyone in splits.

Furthermore, Deepika Padukone revealed how her husband Ranveer Singh had one day come up to her and expressed his desire to learn Konkani and she had gotten impressed by the same and decided to learn Sindhi (Ranveer’s mother tongue). However, the Om Shanti Om actress added that Ranveer doesn’t know Sindhi. Deepika furthermore said that it later came out in the conversations that Ranveer only wanted to learn Konkani so that she doesn’t turn their children against him.

Ranveer Singh added to this stating, “Yes, I don’t want them to talk to her in some code language against me.” Well, isn’t this revelation cute? Now we definitely want those DeepVeer babies to come soon. Earlier, Ranveer had also expressed his desire to have a baby girl in his show, The Big Picture. The Gully Boy actor had told one of the contestants that after looking at one of his wife’s cute childhood pictures, he wanted to have a daughter just like her.

Meanwhile, on the work front, Deepika Padukone will be seen in films like Pathaan , Project K , and Fighter . She also has the Hindi remake of The Intern in the pipeline. Ranveer Singh on the other hand, will be seen in Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani and Cirkus.
