    Akshay Kumar bumped into a Saudi Arabia fan who struck the viral Phir Hera Pheri pose upon his arrival at the Red Sea International Film Festival in Jeddah. The actor shared the video of his fun encounter on his social media handle, invoking a wave of emotions among fans who are disappointed as the actor is not part of the upcoming installment of the Hera Pheri franchise.

    Taking to his Instagram handle, the Sooryanvanshi actor dropped the video wherein he is seen sitting in his car, post which a male fan recreated Akshay’s iconic pose of his character Raju from the movie. He then added a pair of sunglasses just like the actor did in the movie. Akshay is seen enjoying the admiration of his fan and thanked him for the gesture. He also obliged a selfie with the fan. Sharing the video, he wrote, “Haha…for the most lovable of reasons, my fans’ Hera Pheri simply rocks my life.     For those unaware, Akshay has refused to be part of the Hera Pheri sequel owing to its unsatisfactory storyline. Soon after the video surfaced, his fans chimed in the comment section and urged him to join the sequel.While one of the fans wrote, “Karlo sir hera pheri hum aapke jaane ka dukh sehen nhi kar sakte hum.” Another commented, “Sir apne dekh hi liya hera pheri ka kitna fan following hai. Ab please hera pheri 3 kar lijiye.” “Hera pheri 3 karlo bhai .... It's going to be huge,” added another.

    Meanwhile, Kartik Aaryan was previously confirmed to play one of the leads in the hit comedy franchise that also features Paresh Rawal and Suniel Shetty. Amid a lot of speculations, Suniel Shetty stated that Kartik has not replaced Akshay but doing nother role. He also added that Hera Pheri is incomplete without Raju (Akshay Kumar) and he would try to work something out with Firoz Nadiadwala.
