    Rajkummar Rao has finally taken to his social media handle to share the first look of his much-awaited crime-thriller flick, HIT- The First Case. The movie also stars Sanya Malhotra in the lead role. It is the Hindi remake of the hit Telugu movie of the same name.

    Talking about the first look of HIT- The First Case, the motion poster shows a car being driven down a highway against the backdrop of eerie music. Soon Rajkummar Rao’s face wherein he can be seen giving out an intense and blazing stare appears behind the silhouette of the car running. The first look manages to give all the intrigue and adrenaline rush to the netizens.

    Sharing the same on his social media account, Rajkummar Rao wrote, “Unravelling the first mystery. Hitting the theatres on 15th July 2022! HIT - The First Case. Swipe right. #HITGlimpseOfVikram out on 14th June.” Going by his caption, the trailer of the movie might be out on June 14 and the film is scheduled to release in the theatres on July 15, 2022. His co-star from the film also reacted to the same leaving some fire emojis in the comment section. Take a look at the same.

    The movie has been directed by Dr. Sailesh Kolanu who had also helmed the original Telugu movie. HIT- The First Case has been produced by Bhushan Kumar , Dil Raju, Krishan Kumar, and Kuldeep Rathore. The original Telugu film had starred Vishwak Sen and Ruhani Sharma in the lead roles. It followed the riveting plot of a cop on the lookout for a missing woman. Reportedly, Rajkummar Rao will also be playing the role of a police officer in the movie.

    Earlier, talking about HIT- The First Case, Rajkummar Rao had said in a statement, “When I saw HIT, I instantly connected with it. It's an engaging story, relevant in today's environment. As an actor I am always on the look out to play characters I haven’t explored and HIT gives me a chance to do that. I'm looking forward to take this journey with Sailesh and Dil Raju."
