Hrithik Roshan shares an inspirational workout video of father Rakesh Roshan, says 'my dad is fitter than me'

Hrithik Roshan took to his social media handle to share a motivational workout video of his father Rakesh Roshan . The actor also had some endearing hashtags to go with the video. Hrithik’s post of his father working out in the gym will surely be a great inspiration for every fitness enthusiast out there.

Talking about the same, the video has Rakesh Roshan working out with the dumbbells in the gym. The Koi.. Mil Gaya director can be seen wearing the safety pads on his chest, arms, and legs which are usually worn to avoid any injury during an exercise routine. In several of his interviews back then, the Krrish director credited his steadfast mental strength to help him recover from his illness. Hrithik Roshan shared a heart-warming Instagram post in January 2019 wherein he stated, “Asked my dad for a picture this morning. Knew he wouldn’t miss gym on surgery day. He is probably the strongest man I know. Got diagnosed with early-stage squamous cell carcinoma of the throat a few weeks ago, but he is in full spirits today as he proceeds to battle it. As a family, we are fortunate and blessed to have a leader like him. Love you Dad.”
