Jayeshbhai Jordaar: Ranveer Singh reveals why he danced to the song Firecracker without a choreographer

The trailer of Ranveer Singh ’s upcoming movie Jayeshbhai Jordaar received a phenomenal response from the masses. Now the makers are all set to release the first song from the movie titled ‘ Firecracker ’. In a recent interview, Ranveer revealed why he danced to the song without a choreographer.

It is not a hidden fact that Ranveer Singh brings his own authentic energy and vibe to his every dance number. So it wasn’t a surprise when the actor revealed that he wanted to bring his character’s organic element into the dance steps of the song. The Goliyon Ki Raas Leela: Ram Leela told Mid-Day, “Maneesh Sharma and Divyang Thakkar were clear that since I have performed the character and gone through his entire journey, they wanted me to do a freestyle dance, just as Jayesh would. They were sure that they wouldn’t choreograph the song. Barring the hook step, I was left to dance the way Jayesh would.”

Ranveer Singh furthermore added that the dance moves naturally stumbled out from him since he was constantly into his character of Jayeshbhai while shooting for ‘Firecracker.’ Well, this will surely make the fans of the Ladies Vs Ricky Bahl actor super excited for this peppy song. Meanwhile, the trailer of Jayeshbhai Jordaar gave an important message against female feticide and gender inequality in rural areas of the country in the garb of humor and satire.

The trailer showcased Ranveer Singh escaping with his pregnant wife played by Shalini Pandey after his parents wish to destroy the couple’s unborn child if it turns out to be a girl. The movie has been helmed by Divyang Thakkar and also stars Boman Irani and Ratna Pathak Shah in the lead roles. The movie has been bankrolled by Yash Raj Films and is all set to be released on May 13, 2022.
