Karan Johar keeps his 'bling factor intact' as he thanks fans for love & blessings on his 50th birthday

Karan Johar expressed his gratitude to fans for all their love and blessings on his 50 birthday. The filmmaker took to Instagram to pen down a grateful note on social media alongside a series of stylish photos in which he kept his ‘bling factor intact’.

Taking to Instagram, the Ae Dil Hai Mushkil director posted photos from his big day which features him in a sequin green jacket that he paired with black pants and a white shirt. He accessorised his look with his signature big spectacle. Alongside he wrote, “Ok so it’s Christmas tree chic! But the Bling factor is intact! I am overwhelmed with the love and blessings but that didn’t stop me for being a serial poser, pouter and preener! To mark his 50th birthday, Karan hosted a grand bash at Yash Raj Studios which brought together the entire industry. The celebration was graced by a host of celebrities including Shah Rukh Khan , Hrithik Roshan , Salman Khan , Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Aamir Khan , Aishwarya Rai Bachchan , Kareena Kapoor Khan, Katrina Kaif , Ranveer Singh , Vicky Kaushal , Anushka Sharma, Ranbir Kapoor , and many others. They sizzled in their blingy-best outfits as they all walked down the red carpets.

Several pictures and videos have been doing rounds on the internet offering glimpses of the lavish birthday party. The videos also showed Shah Rukh Khan who set the floor on fire as he grooved to Koi Mill Gaya song from Kuch Kuch Hota Hai. Neetu Kapoor, Ranveer Singh, Farah Khan , and even Karan himself shake their legs on the dance floor.

Meanwhile, on the work front, Karan is returning to the director’s chair after hiatus of eight long years with Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani . The film will feature Alia Bhatt and Ranveer Singh in the lead role. The film also has veteran actors Dharmendra , Jaya Bachchan, and Shaban Azmi. It is scheduled to release on February 10, 2023.
