Kartik Aaryan bags another remake, to star opposite Shraddha Kapoor in new version of THIS 80s movie

Seems like happy news is incoming for the fans of Kartik Aaryan and Shraddha Kapoor . Yes, you heard it right, if the latest reports are to be believed, the two stars might be coming together for the very first time to star alongside in the Tezaab remake. The original 1988 super hit film starred Anil Kapoor and Madhuri Dixit in the lead roles.

According to a news report in India Today, producer Murad Khetani had earlier confirmed that the film Tezaab is being remade. The report furthermore stated that Kartik Aaryan is considered to be playing the male protagonist in the film. Now the latest development states that Shraddha Kapoor might be in the talks to romance the actor in the same. Take a look at a tweet when a fan had asked Kartik about when he will be collaborating with Shraddha for a film during his Twitter chat session. 

The publication quoted a source close to the development who revealed that the makers are considering Kartik Aaryan and Shraddha Kapoor for the film as they will be a fresh onscreen pairing. The source said, “The makers were looking for a reliable name and a fresh Jodi for the cast of Tezaab remake. Shraddha and Kartik have not shared onscreen space together so far and if things work out, this is a pair they would like to bet on.”

Well, isn’t this wonderful news for the fans of Shraddha Kapoor and Kartik Aaryan? However, the report mentioned that Shraddha is giving the opportunity a thought and hasn’t yet given her nod for the film. Earlier, the actress was rumored to be starring alongside Kartik in the musical-romantic flick Satyaprem Ki Katha. However, it was soon revealed that Kiara Advani is the leading lady of the film and not Shraddha. Kartik recently revealed the first look of the movie on the occasion of his Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 co-star’s birthday (July 31). Well, we hope this news turns out to be true and fans get to see the infectious chemistry of this fresh pair.
