According to a report in Mid-Day, Amazon Prime Video has bagged the rights to stream Vicky and Katrina’s wedding on the platform for a whopping price of Rs. 80 crores. Not only does this mean that the fans of this couple will get to witness the wedding from the comfort of their homes but will also get to finally know how the two actors who have never worked together in a film before, fell in love.

A source close to the publication has claimed that the platform is working on a wedding series featuring Bollywood stars and Vicky Katrina’s nuptials in Rajasthan will also be a part of it. The wedding has been designed as a feature and will also include bytes from Vicky and Katrina and their friends and family.

It has also been reported that the streaming giant has sponsored the sangeet and mehndi ceremonies of the couple and the artists performing at this grand wedding including names like Neha Kakkar, Shankar Ehsaan Loy, Gurdaas Maan among others. The feature will showcase Vicky Katrina’s wedding festivities from the mehndi to the reception.
