Ms. Marvel Star Iman Vellani says Kevin Feige is her third favorite person in the world after Robert Downey Jr and Billy Joel

Ms. Marvel , the upcoming series from Marvel, which will be the first live-action version of Kamala Khan played by Iman Vellani is set to stream on Disney + this June.

The character will also have a role in the upcoming Captain Marvel sequel alongside Brie Larson , this is not surprising since Ms. Marvel is a die-hard of Captain Marvel and sees Carol Danvers as her superhero role model.

In a recent interview with Esquire, the actress revealed that Robert Downey Jr, singer Billy Joel, and Marvel Studio President Kevin Feige are her three favorite people in the world.

In the interview Iman Vellani talks about meeting Kevin Feige on the set of the show and her nervousness, "Okay, so my top favorite people in the entire world are Robert Downey Jr and Billy Joel, no one takes up that mental space. Kevin is three, and he knows how much I'm obsessed with him. He has been, you know, warming him up to my reaction," Vellani revealed.

"In our first week of filming, they told me, 'he's going come on Wednesday'. And it's Monday. And I'm sleeping in my chair or something. And then someone walks up to us. And she's like, 'so there's someone here to meet you'. And I, look down, up. And it's just Kevin's eyes because he was wearing a mask, and I froze completely"

"And he says, 'I heard you're doing a great job here!' I did not speak to him or smile at him until he left. I literally gave him a stare. I felt so bad because he was trying to make conversation with me and talk to me. And I gave him nothing"

Joining Iman Vellani will be Bollywood actor Farhan Akhtar who will be making his MCU debut in an undisclosed role. The rest of the cast includes Matt Lintz, Yasmeen Fletcher, Zenobia Shroff, Mohan Kapu,r Saagar Shaikh, Rish Shah, Laurel Marsden, Adaku Ononogbo, Laith Nakli, Travina Springer, and Aramis Knight.

Ms. Marvel will stream on Disney+ on June 8, 2022.
