    Actress Neena Gupta’s real life story might soon be adapted into a biographical drama for the big screen. Neena who jumped back into the spotlight with films like Badhaai Ho, Shubh Mangal Zayada Saavdhan, Sardar Ka Grandson had published her autobiography ‘Sach Kahu Toh’ last year.

    Neena in her book candidly spoke about her life as a single working mother, her failed relationships and much more. The book sparked the interest of not just her fans but a few producers as well who have approached her with the idea of making a film on her life story as told in Sach Kahu Toh.

    The actress has admitted in an interview with Indian Express that she has had meeting to discuss the film proposal but the future of the project is still undecided as the actress is yet to come to a decision.

    Neena was also asked if she has the name of an actress in mind who she’d like to see essay her life story on screen but the actress has left such details for the makers to decide. She told the publication, “My opinion doesn’t matter. The producer will decide who is fit for it. I cannot interfere in it and I have not even thought about it yet.”

    The actress has marked 40 years of her career in the film industry this year and apart from the accomplishments on her filmography, Neena inspires whole generation of fans and actors with her life story.

    On the work front, Neena will be seen in upcoming projects like the Amazon Prime Video web series Panchayat 2 , Vikas Bahl’s Goodbye starting Amitabh Bachchan and Rashmika Madanna and Sooraj Barjatya ’s Uunchai starring Boman Irani , Amitabh Bachchan, Danny Denzongpa, Anupam Kher and Parineeti Chopra .
