Neetu Kapoor reveals how she deals with haters who troll her for being active on Instagram post Rishi Kapoor’s demise

Veteran superstar Rishi Kapoor ’s wife Neetu Kapoor and their children Ranbir and Riddhima were devastated when he breathed his last, leaving a void in their lives. They miss him each day and stand by one another’s side as pillars of strength. To cope with the loss, Neetu ji decided to throw herself back into work as she believed it would help her come to terms with the grief. Much to the delight of fans, she became quite active on social media and every now and then shared snaps and BTS videos from movie sets as well as family get-togethers. But sadly some haters trolled her for this.

In a recent interview with Film Companion, Neetu shared, “I do it just because I love it. I enjoy it. I love my followers. I just block the ones who troll me. I just block them. Because you know hote hain thode bahut beech mein ki 'husband mar gaya, ye enjoy kar rahi hai (there are some who say things like her husband is dead and she is enjoying).' They want to see that crying widow type. There's a section of people, but I just block them. I say this is the way I want to be, this is the way I will be.”

She went on to state, “This is the way I will heal. Some people cry and heal, some laugh and heal. I cannot forget my husband. He'll be here, with me, with my children all our lives.” Neetu explained that even today when she meets someone for a meal they end up talking about her late husband most of the time because that’s how they miss him. But she believes they should celebrate Rishi and the man he is.

On the work front, Neetu made her television debut as the judge of dance reality show Dance Deewane Junior last month. She is also going to make her comeback in Bollywood with comedy drama Jug Jugg Jeeyo , alongside Anil Kapoor , Varun Dhawan and Kiara Advani . We wish her only the best!
