Another beloved Bollywood beauty set out towards happily ever after with her handsome Prince Charming last weekend. We are talking about actress Parineeti Chopra who got engaged to her beau Raghav Chadha, Aam Aadmi Party leader and the youngest Member of Parliament, Rajya Sabha. Surrounded by their friends and family, the happy couple made their union official at the Kapurthala House in Delhi on 13th May. There was music, dancing, laughter and a whole lot of love as they celebrated the special night. For the first time ever, we saw the love that Parineeti and Raghav share as they held each other close.

The engagement ceremony was attended by their families, friends and several important politicians along with Parineeti’s sister and global icon Priyanka Chopra Jonas. The actress and her handsome fiancé were twinning and winning in matching ivory outfits designed by Manish Malhotra when they exchanged rings. But ahead of the ring ceremony, Parineeti and Raghav performed ardas to seek blessings from Waheguru ji as they began writing this new and wonderful chapter in their lives. Much to our delight, unseen pictures from the same have now surfaced on social media. Take a look:

Parineeti and Raghav are beaming as they stand together in these photos, with their heads covered. Seeing them this happy will surely fill your heart with love! For the uninitiated, the love birds first met in London where they were pursuing higher education. They became good friends. But it was last year on the sets of Parineeti’s film Chamkila in Punjab that they fell in love when Raghav went to meet her and they started hanging out again.

Helmed by Imtiaz Ali, Chamkila stars Parineeti in the lead along with Punjabi superstar Diljit Dosanjh. It is a biopic based on the life of popular singer Amar Singh Chamkila.
