Rajkummar Rao reveals the first look of his debut Netflix series Guns & Gulaabs, flaunts his 90s avatar

Rajkummar Rao has unveiled the first look of his debut Netflix series titled Guns & Gulaabs. The series will be helmed by The Family Man fame duo Raj & DK. By the looks of it, Rajkummar is playing a character with the 90s swag.

Talking about the same, Rajkummar Rao can be seen wearing a cream-coloured collared shirt that he has paired up with a blue jacket. The Ek Ladki Ko Dekha Toh Aisa Laga actor can also be seen sporting a long hairdo in the same. Rajkummar furthermore is seen sipping a soft drink in the first look while sporting an intriguing expression.

Sharing the same, Rajkummar Rao captioned the same stating, “So thrilled to announce the first look of my first Netflix series #GunsAndGulaabs. तैयार हो जाइए because I’m coming to bring the fire in my 90s avatar! Brace yourself for an exciting adventure filled with crime, love and Dhamakedaar punchlines. Going by his caption, Guns & Gulaabs will also star South sensation Dulquer Salmaan and The White Tiger fame Adarsh Gourav . Apart from that, the show will be starring The Forgotten Army actress Parvati Murty and Rajkummar Rao’s Badhaai Do co-star Gulshan Devaiah . The Stree actor’s fans flooded the comment section with the heart emojis expressing their excitement for this new endeavour of the actor.

Meanwhile, Rajkummar Rao received several laurels for his lovely portrayal of a queer cop in the movie Badhaai Do recently. The movie also starred Bhumi Pednekar in the lead role. The film especially struck the right chord with the members of the LGBTQIA community. On the work front, the actor will be seen in Mr and Mrs Mahi wherein he will be reuniting with his Roohi co-star Janhvi Kapoor .
