Rakhi Sawant takes inspiration from Alia Bhatt; says ‘jis din shaadi, ussi din main..’

After dating for five long years, actress Alia Bhatt and her forever crush Ranbir Kapoor tied the nuptial knot in an intimate wedding. They got married in the presence of their family and close friends on the balcony of their Bandra house, twinning in ivory Sabyasachi outfits. It was like a fairytale! Two months later, the happy couple gave their millions of fans another good news. Alia announced that she and Ranbir are expecting their first baby. In the last few months, the two have been focusing on work but are now gearing up to welcome their child into the world.

Actress and dancer Rakhi Sawant is impressed and inspired by Alia. The controversy queen has mentioned several times that she wants to be a mother one day. Well, now in her latest interview with Shardul Pandit, she has revealed that she wants to follow in Alia’s footsteps. Rakhi shared, “Alia dekho futafut maa ban gayi. Aisi shaadi, jatt mangni patt byah ke jaise.. jatt shaadi doosre din maa ban gayi dekho! Waise hi mujhe jiss din shaadi, mujhe ussi din main maa ban jaaun, poora pet bahar aa jaaye.”

Shardul told Rakhi that she is already dressed in red and her boyfriend Adil Khan Durrani is also present for the interview, so why not get married on the spot? They quickly took pheras around the RJ, who announced that they are now husband and wife. Shardul went on to joke that as soon as Rakhi reaches home, she will share the good news about being pregnant. Rakhi never fails at entertaining her fans and her interaction with Shardul is like a bonus!

Recently Rakhi revealed that she has stopped wearing bold outfits for her beau Adil. In an interview the latter shared that the actress’ clothes were too revealing according to him, so he made her understand his point of view. Nevertheless, Rakhi is happy with Adil and fans can’t wait to hear actual wedding bells soon!
