Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt are fighting over THIS as they prepare to welcome their first child

Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt have been incredibly busy with the promotions of Brahmāstra: Part One – Shiva, which was their first film together. But now that the Ayan Mukerji directorial has released and has also passed the box office test with flying colors, the happily married couple is gearing up to welcome their first child into the world. It is undoubtedly one of the most exciting phases of their life. Well, the parents-to-be are completely prepared for this new journey. But there is one thing that they have been arguing about.

In a chat with Bollywood Bubble, Ranbir shared, “We've done everything. Room ban gaya hai, we've done all the preparations that are required to have before a child. But, what is going to happen is just going to unfold when it happens.” Alia chimed in to reveal that she is more like a student, who has her checklist ready. But she’s learnt from her husband Ranbir that one should take each day as it comes, because no matter how much you prepare it will never be enough.

Ranbir explained, “Like lately, we’ve been having a fight because there is a book that she’s read that she wants me to read and I’m stuck on the 30 per cent of the book and she fights with me every day that read it read it and I keep telling her that ‘listen, books are not really going to teach us for how are we going to bring up a child’ but let’s just experience it when it’s there.”

Well, we wish Ranbir and Alia all the happiness and luck as they get ready to embark on the journey of parenthood. We can’t wait to meet the newest member of the Kapoor Khaandaan!
