    Ever since the trailer of Brahmastra was released, fans were curious to find out the cameo character superstar Shah Rukh Khan is featuring in. The latest pictures and videos surfaced on social media have revealed that the actor will be seen as Vanar Astra, i.e in lord Hanuman's avatar in the movie.

    So far, the makers remained tight-lipped about SRK’s cameo and have just dropped hint in the trailer, escalating the anticipation among the fans. Besides SRK, it is also being reported that Deepika Padukone will be making a cameo as Parvati at the end of the movie. Well, there is no official announcement or confirmation has yet been made about the same.

    Speaking of Brahmastra, the upcoming sci-fi fantasy drama is a 3-part film franchise inspired by Indian mythology and Indian culture. Set in the modern world with modern characters, the film talks about the world of Astraverse. It stars Ranbir Kapoor as Shiva and Alia Bhatt in the role of his love interest, Isha. The film also has legendary Amitabh Bachchan, Nagarjuna, and Mouni Roy in pivotal roles. It is set to arrive in theatres on September 9.

    Meanwhile, Shah Rukh is making his comeback after four years with Pathaan directed by Siddharth Anand. After the 2018 film Zero, he will be appearing on the silver screen in an action avatar alongside Deepika and John Abraham. Apart from it, he is working on Atlee’s Jawan co-starring Nayanthara and Rajkumar Hirani’s Dunki with Taapsee Pannu. Recently, he made a cameo in recently released Laal Singh Chaddha starring Aamir Khan and Kareena Kapoor in the lead role.
