Richa Chadha & Ali Fazal enjoyed qawwali in Lucknow ahead of their wedding; here’s what they have planned for tonight

Ali Fazal and Richa Chadha ’s impending nuptials are the talk of Tinsel Town at the moment. We all are eagerly waiting for pictures from yet another Bollywood shaadi, which is way different than any other starry weddings we have witnessed so far. Unlike other couples, Richa and Ali are actually sharing their happiness with fans through social media while simultaneously enjoying their pre-wedding festivities. After hosting their mehendi and sangeet ceremony in Delhi, the bride and groom-to-be jetted off to Lucknow. Well, here’s what happened in the City of Nawabs!

According to a report shared by Mid Day, Ali’s family hosted a special bash for the soon to be married couple where they enjoyed qawwali music. A guest from the event was quoted saying, “Both bride and groom wore Abu Jani and Sandeep Khosla outfits. Richa teamed her attire with Ali’s family heirloom paasa. The Fazals hosted a qawwali night for the duo with Indian Sabri Brothers [Farid and Amin Sabri] being especially roped in to perform at the party. Lucknow’s top caterers served Awadhi food to the guests.”

After the fun evening, which was attended by over 250 guests, Richa was snapped at the airport dressed in a red outfit as she jetted off to Mumbai. The source further revealed that Ali and Richa have planned a Mumbai reception for their Bollywood buddies and international collaborators tonight. For this bash, the couple has booked an estate in South Bombay.

As per earlier reports, the love birds will be tying the nuptial knot at a lavish bungalow in Mumbai on 6th October. Well, Ali and Richa’s photographs as well as their dance performance from the pre-wedding celebrations were straight out of a fairytale. We can’t wait to see them say ‘I do’ this week, before they embark on their happily ever after!
