One of the most beloved star couples of the Indian film industry, Samantha Ruth Prabhu and Naga Chaitanya announced that they were parting ways as husband and wife last year to pursue separate paths. Fans expected them to stay friends because they had been together for over a decade. But when Samantha graced Koffee With Karan 7 with Akshay Kumar, she revealed that their divorce was not amicable. The beauty had shared, “Are there hard feelings, like if you put us both in a room you have to hide sharp objects? Yeah, as of now yes.”

While Samantha and Chay are thriving in their professional careers, their personal lives have become a bigger topic of discussion amongst netizens. A report shared by Bollywood Life has now revealed that the actress is not happy with this. A source was quoted saying, “Samantha is working extremely hard in her professional life and wants her audience and fans only to talk about her craft and not personal life.” But the actress understands this is not possible as she is a public figure.

The source went on to add, “Of late there has been a lot of news about her and her past and this has left the actress a little bit unhappy. But she is focusing on her work so that the negativity doesn't affect her.” In a recent interview, Chaitanya shared that Samantha has moved on and so has he. He added that he does not feel the need to inform the world about it. Well, that’s fair. We wish the two all the best for their professional lives!
