Bollywood actress Sara Ali Khan recently opened up about her debut at the 76th Cannes Film Festival. The actress revealed that she met Hollywood actor Leonardo Di Caprio at the prestigious event. When asked which actor would she like to walk the red carpet with, she first took the name of her Zara Hatke Zara Bachke co-star Vicky Kaushal. But the question was about the Hollywood actor, she took the La La Land actor Ryan Gosling.

“I think right now Vicky Kaushal is the only one I’ll say though you said Hollywood, but Ryan Gosling. Main hamesha aise hi karti hoon, main sahi jawaab deke bol hi deti hoon!” Sara told India Today. The actress also revealed her learnings at Cannes. She said that she learnt every country has their own culture and despite all national differences, the passion is all the same.

“I was with actors from Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Lebanon, Paris, I even met Leonardo DiCaprio. I think ultimately despite all our national differences, in terms of regions, the passion that we all feel is the same. Truly, it shows me how cinema transcends all kinds of nationalistic boundaries,” added Sara, who sizzled in an exquisite lehenga designed by Abu Jani Sandeep Khosla for her debut appearance at Cannes 2023.

Meanwhile, workwise, Sara is geared up for the release of her upcoming romantic comedy-drama, Zara Hatke Zara Bachke. Directed by Laxman Utekar, the film revolves around a married couple who leaves their family in trouble with their decision to divorce. The film also stars Sharib Hashmi, Rakesh Bedi and Neeraj Sood in key roles. Backed by Dinesh Vijan and Jyoti Deshpande, it is scheduled to release on June 2, 2023. Apart from this, she also has Ae Watan Mere Watan and Metro In Dino in the pipeline.
