Shah Rukh Khan reacts to Salman Khan's Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan box office prediction: 'Bhai ki picture hai, dekhna toh laazmi hai'

    After the roaring success of Pathaan , Shah Rukh Khan is back to shooting mode. He has resumed filming his next Jawan with director Atlee. Amid his busy schedule, he took time out to interact with fans in #AskSRK sessions on Twitter. In the latest interaction, he reacted to the box office prediction of his friend and superstar Salman Khan ’s upcoming entertainer Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan .

    One of his fans tweeted, “@iamsrk #KisiKaBhaiKisiKiJaan boxoffice prediction?#AskSRK”. In response, Shah Rukh wrote, “Bhai ki picture hai…dekhna toh laazmi hai!!”(Brother's picture it is…watching is compulsory). For the unversed, Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan features Salman alongside Pooja Hegde and has Venkatesh Daggubati and Ram Charan in a cameo appearance. Besides them, the film also has Shehnaaz Gill, Palak Tiwari, Jaasie Gill, Raghav Juyal, Siddharth Nigam, and Jagpathi Babu in supporting roles. Directed by Farhad Samji and backed by SKF, the film is set to hit theatres on Eid.

    Further, one of the Twitter users told Shah Rukh that even though Pathaan is a hit but he cannot compete with Salman Khan at the box office. Globally, it has surpassed 725 crores worldwide emerging to be 8th in the highest-grossing Indian movie of all time. During the same AskSRK session, one of the fans asked, “#Pathan ka real collection kitna hai?” and the superstar gave a witty reply, “5000 crores Pyaar. 3000 crore Appreciation. 3250 crores hugs….2 Billion smiles and still counting.     Directed by Siddharth Anand, Pathaan also stars Deepika Padukone, John Abraham, Dimple Kapadia, and Ashutosh Rana in pivotal roles. Salman also made a powerful presence in a cameo role in the movie. Bankrolled by Yash Raj Films, the film was released worldwide on January 25. Meanwhile, Shah Rukh will next be seen in Jawan co-starring Nayanthara. The film also has Sanya Malhotra and Vijay Sethupati. Besides it, he has Rajkumar Hirani’s Dunki alongside Taapsee Pannu.
