Shehzada: Kriti Sanon shares funny clip with Kartik Aaryan; latter hilariously says ‘kapde pehene nahi hai poore’

After winning hearts with their fresh on-screen chemistry in the 2019 romantic comedy Luka Chuppi , the stunning Kriti Sanon and Bollywood heartthrob Kartik Aaryan are reuniting for Shehzada . The action drama comedy, which is being helmed by Rohit Dhawan, is the official Hindi remake of Telugu blockbuster hit Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo . While Kartik will be stepping into the shoes of Allu Arjun , Kriti has been roped in to play the character which was portrayed by Pooja Hegde in the 2020 original film.

Well, the team returned to Mumbai yesterday after wrapping up an international schedule of the film in Mauritius. To commemorate the occasion, the lead actors took to their official social media handles to share selfies by the beach. Much to our delight, Kriti decided to give her fans a special surprise today. She uploaded a funny video featuring her and Kartik, shot while they were travelling in a car. Her co-star was apparently in a goofy mood and left her speechless as he wore his jacket while saying, “Kapde pehene nahi hai poore.’

Kartik suddenly started singing before looking into the camera and asking why he looks tanned. Kriti laughed as she replied, “Because you are!” The actor then hit back by enthusiastically saying, “Looking very good!” Celebrity makeup artist Adrian Jacobs, who was travelling with them, left the two in splits as he joked, “Not at all.” Well, watching Kartik and Kriti have such a blast behind the scenes has definitely left us even more excited for their film Shehzada.
